Studying Aegean and Greek cuisine, the staff of Mythos, along with master chefs from the Greek islands, worked for 5 weeks on traditional and modern Greek recipes and prepared a wonderful menu, adapting it to the tastes and preferences of the Turkish market. In 2011 Cem Bişkin, successfull business man from Urla of Izmir, comes to Istanbul with the concept and the wonderful tastes of Mythos to transform the restaurant of the historic Haydarpaşa railway station - operating since 1908 - into a modern place of excellent gastronomic choices.
